On St. Thomas, you'll want to make sure and
visit downtown Charlotte Amalie for historic sites including restored 17th
Century Warehouses, 'The 99 Steps' leading up to Blackbeard's
Tower, Bluebeard's Castle, the Seven Arches Museum, or Fort Christian
Museum which was built in 1672 and is
the oldest building on St. Thomas.
Enjoy panoramic views from the mountain top.
Visit 'Drakes Seat' with great views of Magens
Bay and the Atlantic side of our Caribbean paradise. This is where Sir
Francis Drake watched for ships entering the channels. Take the tram
up to Paradise Point for great views of Charlotte Amalie and neighboring
islands. Drive along Skyline Drive for views of St. John and the other Virgin
Islands.
St. Thomas
Attractions allow you to explore our marine environment without getting wet
on a submarine ride or a stroll through the underwater world of coral and
marine life!
St. John is all about nature. Two-thirds of
the island is maintained at the Virgin Islands National Park. Take
one of the 22 self-guided nature trails maintained by the National Park
Service or discover marine life at Trunk Bay - one of the most famous
snorkeling spots in the world. After a day of exploration, save time to
stroll past the galleries, shops and restaurants of Cruz Bay. For history
buffs, don't miss the Annaberg Plantation - where life on an 18th century
sugar plantation is recreated.
St. Croix
Attractions offer a perfect 'laid back' Caribbean
experience with a perfect mix or water sports, history, shopping and
relaxation. Visit Fort Christian in Christiansted, the 16-acre St.
George Botanical Gardens, the Caledonia Rain Forest, tour the Cruzan Rum
Distillery and explore an 18th-century sugar farm, the restored Great
House at Estate Whim Plantation and Fort Frederick in Fredericksted.
On all three islands you'll want to explore
